Light Commercial – 230mm and 300mm The Light Commercial range of units is designed for use in numerous applications including offices, bars, hairdressers, restaurants, classrooms, laboratories, laundries and small workshops.

The Light Commercial range with axial fans of 230mm and 300mm sizes is designed for a wide range of commercial applications. All fans incorporate automatic, electronically actuated shutters allowing quick and quiet operation.

All models can be operated through a remote switch or wired to a Reversible Control unit allowing air to be extracted from or supplied to the room / area.

The fans also have mains-on neon indicators giving clear visual reference of each stage of the fan’s operation.

Construction

These fans are moulded in impact resistant high gloss ABS thermoplastics for strength, durability and finish.

Electrical

220-230v ~ A.C. 50Hz Single phase. These fans are double insulated and do not require an earth. All wiring must comply with current IEE regulations. A double pole isolating switch, having a contact separation of at least 3mm in all poles, must be used with a 3 amp fuse fitted. The fan should be mounted a minimum of 1.75 metres from the floor.

Do not install the fan above a heat source, e.g. cooker or radiator.

Motor

Single phase induction motor with pre-oiled bearings fitted for a long maintenance free life and protected by a thermal fuse

Guarantee

Two year no quibble guarantee.

Installation

The fans are designed to be wall or window mounted. Kits available on request.

Wall kits comprise a flexible wall sleeve and a fixed external grille in white.

Window kits comprise a fixed external white grille.
